Piney Woods Tatting

Within my home studio, nestled in the gently rolling, piney hills of North Louisiana, I create original needle tatted art.

Ellen's brooch- tatted with turquoise Oren Bayan size 8 perle cotton, & white Finca size 12 perle cotton, featuring an Osmina pearl cabochon and hot pink butterfly tatted with size 12 Oren Bayan perle cotton.

While preserving the rich history of tatting through tradition, I hope to further enhance this beautiful art through my own creative, yet respectful endeavors.  A variety of quality fibers in a myriad of colors and a distinctive method of execution give my art its signature appearance.
